Huzzard’s Info on Demand™ solution for Work Orders means fast and easy access to the important information you and your technicians need. Use case of Huzzard mobile work order:
Allow your employees/sub-contractors to login and have access to all current and previous Work Orders.
The technician can choose to look at a previous Work Order, or they can select a current one.
Technicians can search for the desired Work Order by number to find them more efficiently.
Once a Work Order has been selected they can view the information accompanying that Work Order.
When a technician accesses a section it adds them to the list of technicians who made changes to the Work Order.
The technician has the option to add text, or take photos (which are time and date stamped), and then uploaded to your company portal.
